1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your browsing of, and enquiries through, the Afri Exports site at afriexports.com. They sit beneath, and never override, the written contract that governs any actual purchase — every order stands on its own signed agreement.

2. Nothing here is a contractual spec

Grade ranges, purity figures, transit estimates and packing descriptions on this site describe our typical programmes. They are informational. The binding specification for any lot — tolerances, test limits, packaging, Incoterm, payment — is the one written into that lot's contract.

3. Enquiries are not orders

Submitting the contact form creates no obligation on either side. Numbers we send back are indicative and time-limited as stated in the reply. A deal exists only once both parties have signed a written agreement identifying the specific goods.

4. Acceptable use

When using this site you agree not to:

  • Do anything unlawful with the site or its content.
  • Copy, scrape or republish our text, photography or data as if it were yours, without written consent.
  • Abuse the enquiry channels for spam or unsolicited marketing.
  • Probe, disrupt or attempt to breach the site's infrastructure.

5. Ownership of content

The Afri Exports name, wordmark, photography, product copy, journal articles and structured data on this site belong to Afri Exports or its licensors. Using the brand or reproducing the content requires our written permission first.

6. Liability limits

We work to keep this site accurate but give no warranty that every figure is current or complete. So far as the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on site content. Liability connected to an actual shipment is dealt with exclusively under that shipment's contract.

7. Law and forum

Tanzanian law governs these terms, and Tanzanian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the site itself. A dispute under a signed supply contract follows whatever law and forum that contract specifies.

8. Updates

We may revise these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it.
