Dark Forest Honey

Raw multifloral · dark, late-season · Miombo woodland, Tabora and the western belt
Dark Forest Honey — Late-Season Miombo Crop
The late-season crop off the same woodland, and a different honey entirely: near-mahogany in the drum, malty and faintly smoky, carrying the higher mineral load that comes with darker honey. Bought by packers who need a honey that still tastes of something after it has been blended or baked.
