Raw Miombo Forest Honey — Western Tanzania Woodland Crop
Multifloral honey from the Brachystegia woodland that covers western Tanzania, taken from log and bark hives hung high in open forest. Strained cold rather than pasteurised, so the pollen, the enzymes and the woodland's fig-and-caramel character all survive into the drum.
